Job Description:
Plant Technicians are hired as members of a high
performance work team. Technician work teams are
responsible for:
• Operating production lines
• Keeping production flowing
• Meeting performance goals
• Maintaining the high level of quality
that consumers expect from our products

Technicians perform various types of work such as:
• Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting
high-speed making, packing and other production
related equipment
• Using basic hand and power tools such as wrenches,
screwdrivers, pliers, hammers, drills, grinders, etc.
• Performing preventative maintenance on equipment
• Technicians are expected to get involved, take charge of
situations, demonstrate ownership, confront
business-related problems and continuously improve
the equipment and processes
• Technicians are responsible for following all safety and good
manufacturing practices as detailed in plant procedures

Qualifications:
PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE (2 yrs. Preferred)
Individuals with a desire to learn manufacturing processes including
operating and maintaining automated equipment, computer systems
and product distribution systems, should apply. In addition, we are
seeking individuals with:
• Strong technical aptitude, proven leadership, problem solving
skills, solid interpersonal skills, computer skills (Data Bases,
Excel, Word, or equivalent)
• Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical
equipment,
• Ability to work well in a team-based, diverse culture
• Experience in liquid process or packing operations

Qualifications You must be 18 year or older, with a high school diploma
or equivalent, have a stable work history, be able
and willing to rotate shifts, pass a drug screen and
