The Sherman Plant is adding another shift and will be hiring 13 Productions Technicians. This additional growth provides wonderful opportunities to those who join this great company. See if this might be the right opportunity for you!

Plant technicians are hired as members of a high performance work team. Technician work teams are responsible for operating production lines, keeping production flowing, meeting performance goals and maintaining the high level of quality that consumers expect from our products.

To be successful in this position:

- Technicians must be able to perform various types of work such as: operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting high-speed making, packing and other production related equipment; using basic hand and power tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers, drills, grinders, etc.).

- Technicians will be required to perform preventative maintenance on equipment.

- Technicians are expected to get involved, take charge of situations, demonstrate ownership, confront business-related problems and continuously improve the equipment and processes.

Competitive wages starting at $14.78/hour with potential increases during first 90 days to $19.09.

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must posses a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have a stable work history
- Must be willing and able to work on a rotating shift basis
- Must be able to pass a drug screen, and physical
- Must be willing and able to submit to and pass a background check
- Must be able to successfully pass a basic skills assessment tests.
