Job Description:
$500 BONUS PER QUARTER - All New Hires Eligible!
$1,500 SIGN-ON BONUS, after successful 90-day probationary period

Shift: 3rd (10:30pm to 7:00am)

Plant technicians are hired at the entry level as members of a high performance work team. Technician work teams are responsible for keeping production flowing, meeting performance goals and maintaining the high level of quality that consumers expect from our products. Technicians are responsible for following all Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices as detailed in plant procedures. Technicians perform various types of work such as: operating, maintaining, shipping, receiving and troubleshooting high-speed making, packing and other production related equipment; using basic hand and power tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers, drills, grinders, etc.; performing preventative maintenance on equipment. Technicians are expected to get involved, take charge of situations and confront business-related problems.

Qualifications:
Prefer individuals with at least 1 year experience in manufacturing processes, including operating and maintaining automated equipment, computer systems and product distribution systems (shipping and receiving) should apply. In addition, we are seeking individuals with strong technical, interpersonal, leadership and problem-solving skills. You must be 18 year or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent, have a stable work history, be able and willing to rotate shifts, pass a drug screen, physical and several job-related skill tests. We offer competitive wages ($21.00/hr for Entry Level; $25.42/hr for level 1 Technicians) and comprehensive benefits including medical and dental, paid vacation and holidays.
